About the Role

We're looking for an ambitious Growth Manager to lead our expansion strategy in Europe. This is a strategic role where you'll drive revenue growth, build partnerships, and shape the future of PONS in one of our most important markets.

You'll work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams to identify new opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and build strong relationships with key accounts. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on a growing legal tech company.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Develop and execute growth strategies for the European market
  • • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships
  • • Manage and grow key customer relationships
  • • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective GTM strategies
  • • Track and analyze market trends and competitive landscape
  • • Report on growth metrics and provide strategic recommendations

Required Experience

  • • 5+ years of experience in business development, growth, or similar roles
  • • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and customer acquisition
  • • Experience in the SaaS or legal tech space is a plus
  • • Strong understanding of European markets and regulatory landscape
  • • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
